We are looking for a professional and friendly Spa Receptionist to join our team. As a Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests, greeting them warmly and assisting with check-ins, bookings, and inquiries. You will manage spa appointments, maintain a smooth flow of operations, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure guests have a memorable and relaxing experience.

Requirements
  • - High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications in hospitality or spa management are a plus).
  • - At least 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • - Knowledge of booking software or spa management systems (preferred).
  • - Ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
  • - Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • - Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
Qualificatuions
  • - Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role (experience in a spa environment is a plus).
  • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • - Knowledge of spa treatments and services is a plus.
  • - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • - Ability to work under pressure and multitask efficiently.
  • - Professional appearance and demeanor.
