We are looking for a professional and friendly Spa Receptionist to join our team. As a Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests, greeting them warmly and assisting with check-ins, bookings, and inquiries. You will manage spa appointments, maintain a smooth flow of operations, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure guests have a memorable and relaxing experience.
Requirements
- - High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications in hospitality or spa management are a plus).
- - At least 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- - Knowledge of booking software or spa management systems (preferred).
- - Ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.

Qualificatuions
