Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Front Office Team Leader to manage and lead our front desk operations. As the Front Office Team Leader, you will oversee daily guest check-ins and check-outs, ensure smooth operations of the reception, and maintain high standards of customer service. You will also be responsible for supervising and training the front office staff, resolving guest complaints, and ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all visitors.
Requirements
- - High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- - At least 2-3 years of experience in a front office or guest services role.
- - Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership position is preferred.
- - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- - Knowledge of hospitality standards and customer service best practice.
